My first experience in real estate was in the early 1980's in Oklahoma. I was a licensed sales associate license and began working at a new condominium project. During the first year I was promoted to sales manager. After that project sold out, I began working with an appraisal company and eventually earned a Certified Residential Appraiser certificate from the State of Oklahoma

My love of the water drew me to the Texas Gulf Coast. I earned my sales associate license in 1996 and worked in the Freeport market. In 1998 I partnered with two other people and opened a firm in Surfside Beach concentrating my career on beach and canal property in Brazoria County. In 2002 our firm merged with Brannan Realty which combined a sales staff with a strong rental department. In 2011 I earned my Brokers License and in 2012 I opened Coastal Properties.

I am partnered with Bridge Point Builders (my husband) and developed a luxury canal community on Oyster Creek.

I hold the GRI designation, RSPS, e-PRo and SFR certificates. You will find that my knowledge of the market trends, income potential from vacation rentals and features unique to individual neighborhoods valuable to your particular needs.
