About Us: D'Ann is a licensed real estate Broker in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.  She has been in the real estate business since 2002, and has a background in new construction with one of the nation's largest production home builders, KB Home.  D'Ann is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors & the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors and continuously educates herself on the changing market and trends in area real estate.  She is a member of the NVAR Community Outreach committee, as well
