About Us: Tim Elder is a Texas native that was raised in San Angelo, Tx when his family relocated in 1963. His youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics. As a successful entrepreneur who owned and operated a company which specialized in the construction of custom homes, Tim gained the knowledge and skills neccessary to coordinate complex projects. Upon completion of his real estate education at Texas A & M University of Commerce, Tim began his career with Coldwell Banker Patterson Properties.
