About Us: I have been a REALTOR since 2001 and have been doing property management since 2002.  I started out doing mostly VA and FHA foreclosures and selling investment homes to buyers from all over the country.  I am the broker/owner of Northern Pass Properties which I opened in the beginning of 2008.  Areas of Expertise I specialize in first time homebuyers and investors looking to take advantage of El Paso's great rental market.  Property Management is also something that I've learned to love and will continue to grow this side
