What do you look for in a REALTOR? Miss Homebuyer or Mr. Homeseller is often rightfully wary of real estate agents.  You know how bad news travels quickly, and stories of real estate agents who did a sloppy job or a negligent job are too common.  When I got my license, and joined my local board of Realtors, I determined I would be truly different in an excellent way.  I always return calls, I make calls to my sellers every week, and often after showings to give them the feedback they are anxious for.  Returning and making calls is part of my Communication
